How a pilot works.

  1. A free system.

We give you one of our free systems. It fixes one headache and runs on your own equipment.

  2. A look at how you run.

You show us where the hours and money go. A founder decides what can be built.

  3. We set the starting line.

We take 60–90 days of your existing records and agree on exactly which numbers we’ll measure, before anything starts.

  4. 30 days.

We run the fix for 30 days and measure it against that starting line.

  5. Keep it running.

If it saves you money, it stays on, and we’re paid a share of what it saves each month.

A share of the money we save you, measured against your own records. Simple fixes, like organizing paperwork, we do at cost. We only make real money if you do.

When pilots start

We start pilots outside the holiday weeks, mid-December to early January, because those weeks don’t look like a normal month.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell you a chatbot. We don’t lock you into software you can’t leave. We don’t promise a number before we’ve seen your records.
